FIFA Women’s Regional Coaching Workshop
The FIFA Regional Womens Coaching Workshops were held in Edmonton on June 6th-17th 2015 and in Vancouver on July 2nd-5th (Instructors Workshop). The workshops served as a platform for knowledge sharing among the coaches and to enhance the legacy of the FIFA Women’s World Cup Canada 2015 to the region. The program was a balance of theory, on the field coaching sessions, as well as match observation.

This course is a follow up to the coaching course that was offered during the U20 FWWC. In total, 24 participants were attending.
The purpose of the coaching workshops are to provide a forum to further educate youth national coaches from FIFA Member Associations of the region in women’s football and to also offer the opportunity to attend, observe and learn from a world class tournament.
The workshops were delivered in conjunction with FIFA and our Provincial Host Soccer Associations.
